Questions which have stumped the food writer
Dear friends,
Correspondents have asked me a lot of questions over the years. There are a few I have not been able to answer. If anyone knows the answer or has the sought-after recipe, please share it with me and "the world."
- What are kornlets (as in "a can of kornlets")?
Do you have:
- A recipe for Hurry Scurry Cake (a square yellow or white cake with marshmallows on the bottom of the pan; when the cake is turned out of the pan, the marshmallows are on top)?
- A recipe for Saratoga Cake, and information on its origins?
