Sales Tax

For orders shipped to South Carolina addresses, add 9% sales tax to total price of books plus shipping charges.

Shipping

For orders of one or two books, the shipping charge $6.00. Shipping is free for orders of three or more books to a single address within the USA. Orders are normally shipped by U. S. Postal Service. Call 800-967-2867 for shipping rates if specialized shipping services are required.
