Henry and I split a delicious 12-inch Roasted Chicken Breast on Wheat at this Roanoke Subway. Sarah, our daughter, chose a 6-inch Meatball Marinara on Italian Herbs & Cheese. They were out of the Cheddar cheese that she wanted, so she got shredded Monterey Cheddar. They do not offer spinach. Her sandwich was most delectable, however.
The restaurant was clean; and the staff was very, very nice and conversational (it was late and there weren't a lot of customers…).
We look forward to eating here again. Incidentally, this Subway sells Breyers ice cream and milk shakes — we hadn't bumped into those Subway choices before.
