I am… a fan of your cookbook Loaves of Love. … I have used many of your recipes from it, all of which have been greatly enjoyed by my family. One of the things that most impressed me about [that] cookbook was that you developed many of the recipes yourself. I enjoyed the commentaries regarding the history behind the recipes and helpful hints in preparing and baking the particular bread.
