Orders are normally shipped by U. S. Postal Service. For orders of five or fewer books, the shipping charge is $2.00 for the first book and $0.50 for each additional book. Shipping is free for orders of six or more books to a single address within the continental USA. Call 1-800-967-2867 for shipping rates if specialized shipping services are required.
