The Mitchell family is happy to announce that their new publications website is now on-line at foodhistory.com. (If you're reading this, you are already here!) The new website features more photographs, illustrations, and information related to Patricia Mitchell's food history research. "We have carefully edited each page to make downloading as fast as possible," says Henry Mitchell, who is known around the Mitchell household as an impatient web surfer.
The Mitchells plan to greatly expand the site during the coming months by adding a continuing series of magazine-syle articles on food history topics.
Chief designer and codewriter for the project is David Mitchell.
